Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 2 cups plus 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cream butter and add 2 cups sugar gradually beating until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time very well.
3. Fold in cream and vanilla.
4. Fold in flour mixed with baking powder and salt.
5. Combine remaining sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
6. Place about one-third of batter in a well greased and floured bundt pan or nine inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 of pecan mix. Spoon in remainder of batter. Sprinkle with remainder of pecan mixture and bake about 60 minutes or until done.
