  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Blanch or steam broccoli florets. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with broccoli and serve.
