- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Chardonnay
- 3 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

In skillet with a lid, cook onions in butter over medium-high heat until golden, about 4 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer until onions are tender, 8 minutes; season. Sprinkle with thyme.
