Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie could easily be dessert on Thanksgiving. It's like having pie without any of the extra fat or sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or water
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
