Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie could easily be dessert on Thanksgiving. It's like having pie without any of the extra fat or sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or water
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
