Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sharp Chedder Cheese (Shredded)

  • 1 tsp Flour

  • 1 c German Beer

  • 2 tbl Spicy Brown Mustard

  • Dash of Hot Sauce

  • Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

  • Dippers:

  • Bread Pieces

  • Carrots

  • Celery

  • Cauliflower

  • Apples

Directions

Combine cheese and flour in bowl. Add beer to small pot and bring to boil over medium heat. Add cheese mixture by handfuls, stirring constantly. Once melted, add hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Serve warm or add to electric fondue pot.
