1 c. shortening (1/2 crisco, 1/2 butter)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 Cup Liquid: (1 Egg, 1 tbsp. vinegar - remainder milk)
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add vinegar to milk. Combine at once with flour mixture.
Makes pastry for 2 crust pie. This recipe never fails.
