California Egg Puff

Our traditional Christmas Morning meal, it's easy and can be made before presents get opened, and it's done when the presents are done.

Ingredients

• 10 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
• 1/2 c Melted Butter
• 2 cans mild green chilis (8 oz total)
• 1 pint Cottage Cheese
• (optional, add bacon or sausage)

Cooking time 55mins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat Eggs until Light.
Add other ingredients and stir until well blended.
Pour into greased 9*13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serve with salsa (optional).
