Ginger Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 C shitake mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/2 C button mushrooms,, quartered
  • 1/2 C straw mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp pickled ginger, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C chicken stock
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 C oyster sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a wok over high heat and add oil. When oil begins to smoke, add mushrooms, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and add stock. Bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes and add sugar and oyster sauce. Bring to boil again and remove from heat. Spoon onto warm plater and serve hot.
