Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 C shitake mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 C button mushrooms,, quartered
- 1/2 C straw mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp pickled ginger, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 C chicken stock
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 C oyster sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a wok over high heat and add oil. When oil begins to smoke, add mushrooms, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and add stock. Bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes and add sugar and oyster sauce. Bring to boil again and remove from heat. Spoon onto warm plater and serve hot.
