White Pizza Dip

family favorite-hot dip served with cut up mini bagels.

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
• 16 oz. sour cream
• 1 C. ricotta cheese
• 1 C. mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 C. (1 oz) chopped pepperoni

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In shallow 1-2 qt. casserole dish, combine soup mix, ricotta cheese, sour cream, 3/4 C. mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Top with remaining 1/4 C. mozzarella. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with cut up bagels, breadsticks, french bread, etc.
