Spaghetti Squash Casserole (Paleo)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • Oregano, Basil, Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
  • 2-3 cups fresh spinach
  • Or leftover meatball or meatloaf

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Bake spaghetti squash for 1 hour

In skillet brown turkey and drain excess liquid
Chop onion, pepper, zucchini, and carrots and add to turkey
Pour in suace
Cook until tender, season to taste

Combine spaghetti squash and fresh spinach into a casserole dish
Add sauce mixture

Bake for 1 hour


Can also use leftover meatloaf or meatballs
