Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 Ige. onion, quartered
- 2 potatoes, quartered
- 1 c. water
- 1 tbsp. flour

Step 1
Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup tomato sauce and shape into 16 balls.
Brown in oil in a skillet.Add the vegetables, water,
water, remaining salt and remaining tomato sauce and mix well.
Bring to a boil and cover.
Cook for 45 Minutes. Take out 1/2 cup of sauce, blend in one Tablespoon of flour, add to pan and cook until thickened.
