- 11/2 POUND SCALLOPS
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
- 3/4 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER,CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC,MINCED
- 2 TBSP FRESH LEMON JUICE

Step 1
Coat grill rack or basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium.Season scallops with salt and
drizzle with lemon juice.Grill scallops 2 minutes on
each side or until opaque.Heat a heavy saucepan over
medium heat.Add butter and heat,stirring occasionally,
until it begins to brown,about 6 minutes.Add garlic and
cook 1 minute.Stir in lemon juice.Spoon over scallops.
