- Beat until smooth
- 4 Eggs (1 @ a time)
- 2 C Flour
- 2 teas Soda
- 2 teas Cinnamon
- Beat 1 1/2 mins
- 3 C Carrots
- 1 C Nuts optional
- Bake at 300* for 60 min
- Icing
- 1 lb Powdered Sugar
- 1 Pkg Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Stick Butter or Marg
- 2 teas Vanilla
