Ingredients

  • 2 C Sugar

  • 1 C Oil

  • Beat until smooth

  • 4 Eggs (1 @ a time)

  • 2 C Flour

  • 2 teas Soda

  • 2 teas Cinnamon

  • Beat 1½ mins

  • 3 C Carrots

  • 1 C Nuts optional

  • Bake at 300* for 60 min

  • Icing

  • 1 lb Powdered Sugar

  • 1 Pkg Cream Cheese

  • ½ Stick Butter or Marg

  • 2 teas Vanilla

Directions

Bake at 300* for 60 mins...Ice when cool
