- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups organic spinach
- 1/2 avocado, frozen
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts or hemp seeds
- 3 ice cubes

The avocado adds the smooth to this smoothie. Not only is avocado high in antioxidants, they’re also jam packed with many of the nutrients an expecting mother needs to have in her diet!
Place in your blender in the order of the ingredients listed, then blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
