Ingredients

  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes ( combination of both red and green Grapes)
  • 1/4 Olive or Canola Oil
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Tarragon (or can use 1 tbsp. Fresh)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Quart of torn salad Greens ( your choice )
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Walnuts
  • 1/3 cup Parm. Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1.Whisk together Oil,Vinegar,Lemon Juice, Tarragon and Salt and Pepper.
2.Toss Greens, Grapes Nuts and Cheese together.
3.JUST prior to serving dress lightly with dressing above.
