Cranberry Jell-O Salad (2 days to set!)

  • 3 small boxes of strawberry or raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries
  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple including juice


Servings 24


Step 1

Mix Jell-O, sugar and boiling water. Cool Jell-O to at least room temperature.
Chop or grind orange (including orange peel) and cranberries in food processor or blender. Add pineapple, cranberries and orange to Jell-O. Refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving.

This recipe can be reduced by thirds if you’re good at math!!!
