Salad, Oriental Crunch Fran
- ½ c. oil
- 6 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Whisk together until blended.
- ½ c slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
- 1 pkg (16 oz) prepared coleslaw mix
- ½ c. unsalted sunflower seeds
- 6 finely chopped green onions
- 1 c. chow mein noodles
Saute almonds and sesame seeds until lightly golden. Toss them with coleslaw mix, sunflower seeds and green onions. Pour dressing over all and mix well. Immediately before serving, toss with crunchy chow mein noodles.
