Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups of peanut butter
- 1 Cup of butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups of confectioners’ sugar
- 4 cups of semi- sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla extract and confectioners’ sugar¬¬—the dough will look dry– roll into 1” balls, place them on wax paper
2. Put a tooth pick into each ball and place them into the freezer
3. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a bowl, set over a pan of barely simmering water
4. Dip frozen peanut butter balls in chocolate onto the tooth pick. Leave a small portion of peanut butter.
Put back into the refrigerator until serving.
