Ingredients
- 1 3/4 sticks butter
- 1 C onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp catsup
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 # crawfish tails
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp Tobasco
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
- French bread for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
In large heavy skillet, melt 3/4 stick of butter. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add catsup, bay leaf and Italian seasoning. Stir.
Add crawfish, remaining butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Tobasco and parsley. Heat thoroughly.
Remove bay leaf. Spoon into ramekins and top with bread crumbs. Broil until golden.
