Ingredients
- 1 LB. cream cheese
- 1 LB. butter
- 4 Cups flour
- 2 cans filling
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter and cream cheese. Add flour, mix with hands until well blended. Or use heavy duty kitche aid mixer
Place in zip lock bag and chill over night.
Bring to room temperture before rolling.
Roll out to 1/3 or 1/4 inch thick on a board dusted with flour and XX sugar. Cut 3x3 square and fill with 1/2 tsp. fillng. Pinch 2 sides together and succare with toothpick. Bake on cookie sheet lined with wax paper or teflon baking sheets. Bake 5 minutes at 425, turn pan and bake 4 more minutes until bottom is golden brown.. Cool slightly and dust with XX sugar.
