Ingredients
- 3 or 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 1/2 quarts ice water
- 1 bottle chilled Asti Spumanti
- Whole strawberries
- 2 large bottles of dry Champagne
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve 3 cups sugar in lemon juice. Place this and the pineapple in chilled punch bowl. Add block ice (or ice ring - made with strawberries), water and Asti. Just before serving, add strawberries and champagne.
