Ingredients
- 1 cup hash browns, thawed
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Put cooked sausage into a 10" pie plate to created a "crust". Top w/hash browns, sprinkle with cheese.
Beat eggs w/milk & pepper, pour over cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for 30-35 min, until knife comes out clean.
