Hash Brown Casserolle
- 1 - bag of frozen hash browns
- 1 - can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - 250 ml tub of sour cream
- 1/4 package of onion soup mix
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk to make creamy
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 125mins
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a well greased casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 1 hour and then shred more mozzarella cheese on top.
Leave cover off and bake another 15 minutes until cheese melts and sides are bubbly.
