  • 1 - bag of frozen hash browns
  • 1 - can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - 250 ml tub of sour cream
  • 1/4 package of onion soup mix
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk to make creamy


Servings 8
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 125mins


Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and place in a well greased casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 1 hour and then shred more mozzarella cheese on top.

Leave cover off and bake another 15 minutes until cheese melts and sides are bubbly.
