    scallions

  • 2

    cloves garlic

    T minched ginger

    c of stir-fry vegess of your choice

Directions

Cook noodles drain and set aside Whisk sauce ingrediants together and set aside Cut scallions into 1 in. pcs. In a lg skillet add oil and cook onions, garlic and ginger. Add mushrooms and other veges till al dente. Add noodles and sauce to pan. Toss and coat everything
