Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
Put eggs, sugar, brown sugar and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add graham crackers and marshmallows. Stir well.
Butter a 9x13 baking pan. Spread mixture into pan.
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. When melted, spread over the top of the bars.
Chill for 5-6 hours before cutting into squares.
