Choclate Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Jar marshmallow creme (7oz)
- 1 Pkg. Semi-sweet choclate chips (12oz)
- 2 1/2 C Sugar
- 5oz. Evaporated milk
- 1/4lb. Butter (1 stick)

Step 1
1. Place vanilla/marshmallow creme/choclate chips in large mixing bowl & set aside.
2. Mix sugar/evaporated milk/1 Tsp butter in a saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil on med/high heat, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Continue boiling & stirring mixture until candy thermometer reaches 233F.
3. Add remaining butter to the boiling mixture & heat until melted. Bring back to bioling, stirring constatnly.
4. Immediatley pour the hot mixture into the bowl of chips/marshmallow creme/vanilla. Mix until well blended. Purt the fudge into 9x9 inch pan. Cool at room temperatur until firm. Cut into squares.
