Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tbs. dry mustard
- 1 tbs. brown sugar
- 4 lean pork chops
- 1 lemon
- 1 yellow onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the ketchup, salt, chili powder, water, dry mustard and brown sugar. Place pork chops in a flat, greased dish-one layer. Pour sauce over the chops. 1 slice of lemon and onion on each (if you want to you can refrigerate and cook later). Place in 325 degree oven, covered for 2 hours. Remove and baste well with sauce. Continue baking, uncovered, for 1/2 hour. Spoon sauce over and serve.
