Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean steak
- 2 small chopped onions
- 1 stalk of shopped celery
- 3 - 4 medium chopped carrots
- 1 medium chopped turnip
- 1/2 large can low sodium tomato juice
- 1/3 cup minute tabioca
- 1/2 cup red wine

Step 1
Place all ingredients in roast pan, cover and place in 250 degree over for 4 hours, stir occasionally
