  • 2 lbs lean steak
  • 2 small chopped onions
  • 1 stalk of shopped celery
  • 3 - 4 medium chopped carrots
  • 1 medium chopped turnip
  • 1/2 large can low sodium tomato juice
  • 1/3 cup minute tabioca
  • 1/2 cup red wine

Place all ingredients in roast pan, cover and place in 250 degree over for 4 hours, stir occasionally
