Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or Asian noodles
- 2 c broccoli tops
- 1/2 c frozen peas
- 1/2 c hoisin
- 1/4 c vege broth
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 t chili asian sauce
- 2 T oil
- 1 med onion, thin sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 carrot peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 4 scallions, thin sliced
- 3 cloveds garlic, grated
- 1 t ground ginger
- 1 t ground coriander
- 1 c bean sprouts

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a lg pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta. Add broccoli in the last 5 mins of cooking time. Add peas just before draining. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile make sauce, hoisin, broth, soy, and asian chili. Whisk and set aside
In a lg skillet add oil. Saute onions, mushrooms and carrots till soft. Add scallions, garlic, ginger and corriander. Cook 5 mins. Add pasta and broccoli and peas. Add sprouts and sauce. Stir and make sure everything is coated with sauce
