    oz spaghetti or Asian noodles

    c broccoli tops

  • 1/2

    c frozen peas

  • 1/2

    c hoisin

  • 1/4

    c vege broth

  • 3

    T soy sauce

  • 2

    t chili asian sauce

  • 2

    T oil

  • 1

    med onion, thin sliced

  • 8

    oz mushrooms sliced

  • 1

    carrot peeled and cut into matchsticks

  • 4

    scallions, thin sliced

  • 3

    cloveds garlic, grated

  • 1

    t ground ginger

  • 1

    t ground coriander

  • 1

    c bean sprouts

Directions

Bring a lg pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta. Add broccoli in the last 5 mins of cooking time. Add peas just before draining. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile make sauce, hoisin, broth, soy, and asian chili. Whisk and set aside In a lg skillet add oil. Saute onions, mushrooms and carrots till soft. Add scallions, garlic, ginger and corriander. Cook 5 mins. Add pasta and broccoli and peas. Add sprouts and sauce. Stir and make sure everything is coated with sauce
