Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural GoodnessTM or Certified Organic)
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed (about 1/2 pound)
  • 1/2 cup uncooked medium egg noodles
  • Generous dash of ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat the broth, pepper, carrot and celery in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

2. Stir in noodles and chicken. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
