STRAWBERRY CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 box -- White Cake Mix
  • ½ cup -- Water
  • 1 box – Strawberry Jello
  • ½ pckg (5 ounces) Frozen Strawberries, Thawed
  • 1 cup – cooking oil
  • 4 – eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water and strawberry Jello together then add to the cake mix; add eggs and mix well. Add oil and strawberries—mix together.

Bake in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for about 30 – 40 minutes. When done, cool in pan for 10 minutes. Frost with strawberry frosting below.


STRAWBERRY FROSTING

1 stick of butter or oleo
1 box powdered sugar
½ pckg (5 ounces) frozen strawberries (thawed in juice)
Beat and spread on cake.
