Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 4 T. Melted butter
- 1/2 Cup to 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock or Broth

Preparation
Step 1
Dip raw chicken in melted butter then in bread crumbs. Saute in a medium-high heated saute pan with oil and butter coating bottom of the pan.
Cook both sides of meat until golden brown. Squeeze lemon juice over top, pour in 1 cup chicken broth and cover. Cook on med heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
