- Filling:
- 1 1/2 lbs dry cottage cheese or Farmer's cheese
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tbs butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Combine all filling ingredients. place small amount in middle of each crepe. fold and sprinkle with topping.
