  • 3/4 pound fresh lobster meat, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 T capers, drained
  • 1 1 /2 T finely minced fresh dill
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 16 small rolls, brushed with mayonnaise

Step 1

1. Brown rolls under broiler
2. Combine lobster, mayonnaise, celery, capers, dill, salt and pepper
3. Fill each roll and serve
