Ingredients
- 3/4 pound fresh lobster meat, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 T capers, drained
- 1 1 /2 T finely minced fresh dill
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 16 small rolls, brushed with mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown rolls under broiler
2. Combine lobster, mayonnaise, celery, capers, dill, salt and pepper
3. Fill each roll and serve
