Ingredients
- Blood orange
- unsalted butter
- fresh minced ginger
- grated orange peel
- chopped garlic
- chopped fresh parsley
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Grate some orange peel, and thickly slice oranges. Lay slices in pan. Combine ingredients to make a compound. Place whole slice of salmon on bed of oranges, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and slather all sides with the compound. Roast until fish is done in 400° oven. Serve with pan juices.
