Stove Top Easy Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 1 box stove top stuffing mix for chicken
• 1 ½ lb of boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/3 cup. Sour cream
• 1 16 oz. mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 deg. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a casserole dish. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
