ROSY RHUBARB DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rhubarb cut in 1/2" pieces
  • 8 slices white bread cut in cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or oleo melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix altogether in large bowl. Pour into greased 9X13 pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes until lightly brown and crispy.

Best when made in glass dish or pan.
