Whipped Shortbread

Ingredients

• 1 lb butter
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 1 cup corn starch
• 3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter add icing sugar. Slowly add cornstarch and flour. Beat at high speed til mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until starts to turn lightly brown. Drop from teaspoon. (Won't spread much)
