This is a great way to use your leftovers.

All the Leftovers Turkey Pot Pie

  • 2 9" pie crusts

  • 2-3 cups of turkey

  • 1½ cups gravy

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce

  • 1 cup sweet potaotes

  • Any other left over veggies

  • 1 cup stuffing

  • (Add to or take away any items you do not have or want in the pie making sure to have a good distribution of wet and dry items.)


Mix all ingredients and add to a 9" pie shell and top with another pie shell. Score crust to allow it to vent while cooking. Brush pie shell with egg wash and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
