- 1 large bunch broccoli
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cidar vinegar
Cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces. Mix with onion, cheese and crumbled bacon. In a separate bowl, mix well the mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over the broccoli mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
