Sausage cheese dip

  • 1 big block of Velveeta
  • 1 or 2 cans of Rotel green chili's and tomato's
  • 1 pound of sausage (hot or mild)



Step 1

Brown the sausage breaking into smaller pieces while cooking. Drain the saugage.Place in crock pot, add the cheese and when it melts add the rotel (if you like a less cheesy dip add 2 cans of rotel if you would like it thicker and more cheesey add just 1 can). It will look a little thin at first but will thicken. p
