Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed (3-4 large potatoes)
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 ½ tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- ½ cups pecans or walnuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix potatoes, white sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Blend well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and nuts. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
