Clean Eating - Peanut Butter Cookies

No Sugar! And they are delicious. All natural ingredient cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.

2. Using 2 teaspoons, scoop and drop cookie dough onto parchment lined or buttered cookie sheet.

3. Bake for 12-14 minutes. These are tricky to bake. You may need to experiment with timing, because the thicker they are, the longer they take. Don't let the color fool you into over baking and burning the bottom of the cookies. Cookies will bake up exactly as they are on the cookie sheet. No Spreading.

4. Remove from oven and cool
