Topping for Veal Cutlets

Ingredients

• Egg with a little water
• Bread Crumbs
• Veal Cutlets

Preparation

Step 1

Fry cutlets drain on towel
Clean pan - pour olive oil in pan
Fry peppers in olive oil until soft

In blender crush tomatoes, mix with peppers add cap full of vinegar, salt & pepper

Pour over fried veal cutlets
