Ingredients
- 4 –6 pork chops lightly browned
- 6 potatoes peeled & halved
- 1 onion quartered
- 4-6 large carrots peeled and quartered
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 scant soup can water
- 3 or 4 tablespoons worchestershire sauce (to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Put browned pork chops on bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
Top with potatoes, onions & carrots
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Mix soup, water and worchestershire sauce and pour over the top
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350º oven until pork is tender and veggies are done (about 1½ hours)
If I have cabbage, I add wedges of cabbage to the top for the last ½ hour
