  • 1 pkg lemon cake mix

  • 1 pkg lemon jello

  • 4 eggs

  • ⅔ cup hot water

  • ⅔ cup oil

  • ¼ cup lemonade flavor drink mix (Country time)

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 cup powdered sugar


Heat oven to 350. Stir cake mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan or tube pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto wire rack. Cool 5 minutes. Stir lemonade mix and water in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar with wire whisk until well blended to make glaze. Pierce warm cake with large fork or skewer at 1/2 inch intervals, Gradually spoon glaze over warm cake.
