- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 4 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- add 1 cup milk
- Cook in a double boiler until the mixture coats a spoon
- Cool and add 1/4 tsp vanilla
1.Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil. Boil until transparent.
2. Cool and add juice of 1 lemon and grated rinds.
3. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and add to the above.
4. Pour the sauce over the mousse when ready to serve.
