Cherry Balls

Ingredients

  • 300mL sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 cups graham crumbs
  • 32 glazed cherries, red & green
  • 3/4 cup fine coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Put milk and chocolate in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water, stirring often until thick, about 5 minutes. Stir in graham crumbs. Chill for 1 hour. Mold 1 tablespoon around each cherry. Roll in coconut.
